Sadly, because our products are customized, you won't be able to cancel your order once it has been placed. This is because we immediately process your order as soon as it is received.
What Is Your Policy On Returns?
Our custom-made products (customized on your request when you ordered) are not eligible for a refund. We only offer returns for a replacement/ exchange of your damaged/wrong order within a 30-day period.
Damaged/wrong orders cover:
- Markings/spots on your photo that weren't on your uploaded photo
- Damaged or defective necklace, bracelet, or keychain
- Incorrect picture used to customize your order
Damaged/wrong orders do not cover:
- Blurry images caused by a low-resolution photo uploaded
- Orders with no visible markings/spots
- Damaged orders after excessive wear
If your package upon delivery is damaged or wrongly customized, you must send in a picture/video within 24 hours of receiving your package before we offer a replacement.
Can I Change The Delivery Address?
You can change your delivery address if your order has not been fulfilled. To change your address, kindly send an email to hello@evermorejewel.com
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
Shipping time varies by country or region as given below:

While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, Evermore Jewel cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note: We do have exceptionally high demands in certain rush-hour situations, and delivery times may extend slightly. However, we prioritize our customer's satisfaction and that includes ensuring you receive your orders within the standard delivery time.
What Are The Photo Requirements When Uploading My Picture?
For the best quality photo, we suggest having your photo squared to at least 1,000 x 1,000 pixels.
Low-resolution photos are too zoomed in and may result in a poor-quality photo inside your custom bracelets, necklaces, or keychains. We would not be held responsible if your photo turns out blurry.
How Can I Track My Order?
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.
For some shipping companies, it can take anywhere between 3-5 days (this includes the processing time) for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at hello@evermorejewel.com
Note: After receiving your tracking number, allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated if you cannot track your order on the first attempt.
What If My Package Is Lost In The Mail?
We understand that sometimes the post office will lose a package. We offer replacements if your package got lost in the mail. However, we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
