Asholo partners with major international shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers - allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offering you free worldwide shipping.

Shipping Process

We require between 1-3 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays. 

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out. 

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. Your order can be tracked here Track Your Order 

For some shipping companies, it can take anywhere between 3-5 days (this includes the processing time) for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at hello.asholo@gmail.com

Note: After receiving your tracking number, allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated if you cannot track your order on the first attempt.

While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, Asholo cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note: We do have exceptionally high demands in certain rush-hour situations, and delivery times may extend slightly. However, we prioritize our customer's satisfaction and that includes ensuring you receive your orders within the standard delivery time.

DutiesTaxes, and Other Fees:

International shipments "may" be subjected to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Asholo has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time your order was placed.
